"We had major roof damage Nov 5, 2022. Adjusters would be scheduled, we would take off work to meet them and have our contractor there available at their request. Adjusters would cancel on us last minute. This has happened several times. We have had 5 appointments for adjusters. One adjuster showed up without a tape measure. We are still waiting for a full inspection of our roof. One adjuster showed up from Indianapolis to tell us they couldn't get on our roof because it was wet. Why did they even come? It had been raining. We got our local agent involved. We have trouble getting a hold of him because he isn't in the office. He doesn't return our call in a timely manner. We have showed up at the office several times to talk to him and he isn't there. When we finally speak to him he tells us what we want to hear and that he is working on it. He tells us when he is going to call us back but he never calls when he says he will. It is now Jan 9, 2023 and our roof still isn't fixed. We have missed a lot good roofing weather to get this fixed. You don't have many good weather windows to fix a roof this time of year. State Farm has definitely changed the way they do business. We have had State Farm for over 20 years and never had a problem like this. It is very disturbing to see how much money they are spending on commercials. Try spending a little less and take care of your customers first!"

"Nothing is finalized yet, but having ALOT of difficulty with our hail and wind damage claim, outsourcing for adjuster takes too long then after 3 reputable roofing companies tell us we have obvious and considerable damage the adjuster said no damage at all, so the other 20 houses in Tell City getting new roofs right now must have a different insurance company or an honest adjuster.. the leak in my living room is only getting worse as they drag their feet with our claim and now we have to start the process all over again"
